At the foot of the National Park, where the river Váh crosses the picturesque mountain ranges of Velka Fatra and Mala Fatra, is the recreation area of the Pension Marko, which offers great gastronomic delights, comfortable accommodation and the largest wellness center in the wide vicinity.

Here you will find a multifunctional sports hall with a children's world extending over 500 square meters and a gazebo with a unique grill with the possibility of organizing social events. The guesthouse is located in the southern part of the Malá Fatra mountain range, which offers activities both in the summer and in the winter tourist season. Beyond the gates of the complex, you will find, in addition to excellent gastronomy based on the freshness and locality of ingredients, sports and cultural activities. Relaxation with a beautiful view of the sun-drenched sky can be enjoyed on a large terrace with deckchairs, in a spacious wellness center with seven saunas, a jacuzzi and swimming pools. Your children will also have fun here on the outside bouncy castle.

Pension Marko offers its guests 10 comfortable, modernly furnished rooms with beautiful views of the Velké Fatra and Malá Fatra mountains in the Standard, Family Standard, Family Plus, VIP Standard and VIP Plus categories.
Each room has its own bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning with air recovery, safe, minibar, TV with cable TV and WiFi, coffee table with chairs.

Pools and hot tubs:
You can enjoy a break with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sun-drenched sky in the outdoor relaxation pool, and you can enjoy the scent of the trees on the spacious terrace with deckchairs. You can swim in the 20-meter covered swimming pool, which is also suitable for water exercises.

There are also two children's pools with fountains, a children's slide and a whirlpool for 8 people.

Sauna World:

Under the leadership of the chef, he implements elements of traditional and modern gastronomy into the menu so that you have an unforgettable experience full of flavors and aromas when you eating in our restaurant. The suppliers of raw materials were carefully selected and tested by the chef himself, so that he could prepare for you dishes of the highest quality, which, in addition to the balanced taste, are also pleasing to the eye. For prepared meals, ask the serving staff for advice on choosing a wine for a comprehensive experience of the pleasant flavors of food and wine.

The lounge is available with an outdoor terrace. The lounge is designed for smaller parties of up to 20 people. The lounge is illuminated by daylight and has a panoramic view of the Mala Fatra and Velka Fatra mountains.

The wine bar is suitable for organizing events with up to 60 people. There is a data projector in the wine bar, through which you can view photos or videos or even sports broadcasts. The premises of the wine bar also serve as a congress room.

Winter garden with a capacity of 40 people with the possibility to go to the terrace. Winter garden is spacious, airy and illuminated by daylight.

The gazebo has a capacity of 90 people and will ensure an unrepeatable experience for you and your loved ones during the spring, summer and fall months. You will have a pot for goulash and a unique grill where you can even grill a whole piglet. The gazebo has its own tap facility.

MARKO'S CHILDREN'S WORLD

There is also a multi-purpose sports hall on the grounds of Pension Marko, which enables children to spend the whole day in the children's world, which covers an area of 950 m2. There are various attractions for children, you can also play badminton or various ball games, practice yoga, pilates, zumba, flowin and aerobics with the option of using a mat on the court surface with EPDM rubber.

Part of the hall is an elevated terrace used for refreshments and pleasant sitting within the area by a gurgling stream and a wonderful view of the setting sun over the highest peaks of Malá Fatra. The terrace allows parents to supervise their children during their merry antics.
